Our shipping method is by USPS.

( weekends and holiday doesn’t count.)

Our Handling time right now is 15 business days. (Handling is the time we take to work on your item. Weekends and holidays doesn’t count .)
Plus shipping time please keep that in mind when you order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. 

We are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We will inspect carefully that the item is in perfect condition. After that we are not responsible for wrong address, miss delivery, damage, delayed, lost etc. Please understand we don’t have any control at all on shipping delivery. Please contact USPS to open a case.

CANCELATION

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At this time Jazy & Eve is not accepting cancellations. We can’t cancel an order after it has been submitted. Due to our short fulfillment times so please understand that we are unable to cancel orders. Please make sure your order is correct before you submit your order.

RETURN POLICY

We can refund an item ONLY if it was a mistake or defective item by us in the form of shop credit in your next purchase.

We really care about the satisfaction of our customers. We know things can happen. So if there is any issue with your lovely purchase (DEFECTIVE OR A MISTAKE by us) please contact us with any concern or question you have about your order. EXCHANGES

No exchanges due to customer’s mistakes, wrong size, color, quantities, mailing, incorrect shipping address or credit card info, or because you changed your mind. My lovely little things are really handmade products. I don’t make them in bulk the are made to order, once an order is placed I start working in your order, from start to finish. Our size charts are available in every listing for bodysuits, leggins, bells, bummies and headbands so no exchanges if you order a wrong size.

WRONG ADDRESS

Undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.

* ADRESS CHANGES: No changes to shipping addresses when the order is placed. Please make sure that you shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer.
If an order is returned do to an incorrect address you will be requred to re-purchase the shipping label.

We do not make any changes in address, credit card, personal info. Please contact PayPal to make any changes in your personal account.


Since our little things are handmade expect some slightly variation from the one on the picture.

It will be some slightly variation on items every item is unique. My items are handmade so they are one of a kind.📍Also keep in mind pictures can vary depending on your screen each monitor is calibrating different.
